The scar

Behind this scar is an improved heart.  This probably isn't my only scar, but it's one that has taught me a profound and hopeful lesson.  A lesson of hope and of commitment;  a better friend; a better leader; a person committed to truth.  Veritas!  Thank you for the support.  I will write a more lengthy detail of the surgery and aftermath as I regain energy.

  5. Impressive incision. I know someone above gave you a suggestion for the scar. We used "Mederma" every day on my son's chest for 6 months and it did an incredible job. You have to ask for it behind the counter at the pharmacy.
Byron, you are going to do fabulous in your recovery. You are a driven person and I know you are going to put as much drive into not only restoring, but improving your health that you do into your other projects.
I have continued to pray for you, your body and your family.
    Blessings,
    -Roger
